AI Research Expert

Lead the development of the models and techniques at the core of Ghostlayer's platform.

We are looking for an experienced AI researcher to lead the development of the models and techniques at the core of Ghostlayer's platform. You will research and build methods for analyzing, simulating, profiling, and optimizing AI workloads before they are deployed on physical hardware.

The role combines applied research with hands-on engineering, including experimenting with model architectures, performance estimation, hardware-aware optimization, and translating research ideas into production-ready capabilities. You will work closely with the founding team and help define Ghostlayer's technical direction from an early stage.

Suggested experience

5–8+ years in applied AI research, machine learning systems, model optimization, compilers, performance modeling, or a related field. A master's or PhD is an advantage, but strong industry experience and demonstrated technical depth are more important.

Embedded & Algorithm Developer

Build the infrastructure that connects AI software, hardware architectures, and Ghostlayer's simulation environment.

We are looking for a strong embedded and algorithm developer to build the infrastructure that connects AI software, hardware architectures, and Ghostlayer's simulation environment. You will develop low-level and performance-sensitive software, implement and analyze algorithms running on embedded platforms, and help model how AI workloads behave across different chips and system configurations.

The role includes working with embedded systems, C/C++, hardware interfaces, profiling tools, and software abstractions that allow developers to test and optimize their applications without depending on physical boards.

Suggested experience

4–7+ years in embedded software, algorithm development, computer architecture, firmware, DSP, edge AI, or related areas. Experience with C/C++, Linux, performance optimization, and embedded SoCs is important. Experience with AI accelerators, compilers, simulators, or hardware-software co-design is a strong advantage.
